After hours of surgery the transplant is complete and the patient is responding nicely. Bossa Studios is definitely a proud parent as Surgeon Simulator 2013 has finally arrived in good health onto the Mac App Store. Now even more gamer’s can see just how delicate one needs to be to become a surgeon, how calm you need to stay while working in the back of an ambulance driving through a local destruction derby and how doctors have some awesome tunes playing in their head while performing their feats of fancy.
Remember to wear your scrub up extra clean and don’t forget to tie that gown as there will be blood, oh yes there will be blood. You’ll also get to use fun instruments like the bone saw and hypodermic needles with random drugs in them. Don’t worry you can choose to give the drugs to the patient or give them to yourself for an extra challenge and a gold star…. ok so I made the gold star up, but I gave one to myself when I did it so you can too!

A word to the wise, have good headphones/speakers as the music is good stuff to jam out to. Also it doesn’t look like the Mac App Store version packs in the Team Fortress 2 add-on so we’re guessing this is for those with an allergic reaction to Steam, where you can pick it up for PC, Mac and Linux.
