These latest screenshots sent over by developer Deep Silver do little to give you hope that you may just make it out alive but we don’t care! Playing Dead Island Riptide with that constant nagging in the back of your brain that you aren’t going to make it is half the fun.
With the island of Palanai now flooded you’ll have to resort to boats as your primary means of transportation. Since zombies don’t breath at any point in time entering the unknown water could lead to certain death, talk about heart pounding! Compounding things further there’s now the dynamic weather conditions mean Logan, Purna, Xian Mei, Sam B and new comer John Morgan will now have to add mother nature as another potential threat to deal with on top of the zombie apocalypse.
