While many comparisons are going to be made to Left 4 Dead, this Dead Island Co-Op trailer I think really highlights the differences between the 2 games. Dead Island looks more slower paced, more methodical. There’s not a lot of gun play shown, there seems to be more emphasis on melee combat and saving your bullets for when you really need them.
