I think Notch is on to something here, no lawyers, no jury just a good old fashion Quake 3 beat down. To catch you up to speed Notch and Mojang have made a game called Scrolls, Bethesda said “we ain’t haing any of that” and sent lawyers to cease and desist Mojang because people might be confused with Elder Scrolls. Now Notch has come up with the brilliant 3 vs 3 Quake 3 trifecta. Mojang picks it’s 3 best Quake 3 players, Bethesda picks it’s best 3 players, then they each pick a map and have 2 twenty minute matches with the highest frag count the winner. Oh and in case you thought he was joking Notch says “I am serious, by the way”. BAM! Gauntlet thrown Bethesda, balls in your court now.
