The great Homeworld Remastered Collection is finally upon us and people are counting down the minutes until it’s release, for us that’s about 5 hours from the time of this post. While the Collection does not include every single Homeworld element remastered it does include quite a selection from the highly regarded game.
The Homeworld Remastered Collection includes Homeworld Classic, Homeworld 2 Classic, Homeworld Remastered, Homeworld 2 Remastered and entry into the Homeworld Remastered Steam Beta. Unfortunately the Homeworld Cataclysm stand alone expansion, for now, seems to have been lost to the sands of time. If at some point the source code is found I wonder if it will be a free or paid update but who knows if that will ever happen. Right now there’s mere hours left for the 15% discount over on Steam , after that the Homeworld Remastered Collection will be $34.99.
