DieselStormers (PC) Shoots Up Steam Early Access On Time

Black Forest Games DieselStormers is locked, loaded and shooting up Steam Early Access right on time. DieselStormers was Kickstarted May 23rd 2014 and rightfully so Black Forest Games is proud that they were able to hit their mark like the ass kicked Diesel Punk Special Ops force they are.

The game features four player local or online co-op orc smashing action with a little help from that high octane fuel, Diesel! I hope you like accessories because you’ll have a dealerships worth of powered knight armor and motorguns parts to swap out and perfect your very own custom DieselKnight with. Every time you’re ready to unleash your crude justice across the land you’re in for a brand new experience each run as the levels and bosses are all procedurally generated, so stay frosty Hudson.

Currently PC only, DieselStormers is on Steam Early Access for $18.99 until the completed game launches in April 2015 for $24.99. If you would rather play on something other than PC Black Forest Games is also looking to launch DieselStormers for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Wii U at a later date.

About Dieselstormers

Background: Hell has broken loose in the little town of Ravensdale. Since the discovery of oil hundreds of humans have been turned into ferocious orcs. Suddenly, machines arise and new forms of magic are possible, as evil monsters ravage the city and enslave the humans, all the while drinking goop – that’s how they call the oil – as if it was beer. Yet, a group of brave citizens, the “Resistance”, stands to fight back with oil-fueled armor and weapons, slashing the orcs in bombastic battles and facing unpredictable bosses.

Features: Dieselstormers offers action-packed multi-player fights in procedural levels (including procedurally generated bosses!) and a highly engaging meta-game which allows players to create the perfect weapon, choosing from a wide range of possible combinations. Dieselstormers is a flexible multi-player game. People can play solo, of course, but if a level turns out to be too tricky they can simply invite others and play in local co-op mode or online. The level of difficulty doesn’t change; the chances of succeeding are therefore better when playing with two or three other Dieselknights.
