Time to don those masks gentlemen as once again as Overkill Software’s Payday 2 is getting ready to hit you up hard with some new DLC. To celebrate they didn’t just put out some dubstep laden gameplay trailer, they went full on mini-movie with this live action The Dentist trailer starring Giancarlo Esposito who was in The Usual Suspects, Ali, Breaking Bad and many other films and TV Shows.
The mini-movie isn’t just for the hell of it either, it introduces us to a new contact that will be available with the upcoming Big Bank DLC aptly named The Dentist. The new DLC adds the enormous Benevolent Bank, which should be a nice challenge for all you money hungry sharks out there. There’s also better vaults, tougher guards, more rewards and while not mentioned we’re guessing some intense new Achievements. The Big Bank DLC pack will be available on PC via Steam for $6.99 come June 17th 2014.

West Hall Visitors can Raid the On-Site PAYDAY 2 Vault for Major Prizes, plus Hands-On with the Game’s Largest Content Drop since Launch
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – JUNE 6, 2014 – To celebrate the milestone of 500,000 community members on Steam, 505 Games and Overkill Software today announced the E3 2014 takeover of heist-based , co-op shooter PAYDAY 2. Specially located in the West Hall entrance consumer area, PAYDAY 2 will be showcasing the upcoming Big Bank DLC package, which features the game’s largest heist to date – taking down the Benevolent Bank – as well as bigger / better vaults, guards, rewards and a brand new contact, The Dentist (brought to life by actor Giancarlo Esposito). The Big Bank DLC will be available for Steam players June 17 at $6.99.
In addition to hands-on time with the new DLC and Overkill developer access, players visiting the PAYDAY 2 area will be given the chance to nab some real-world “loot” through in-booth competitions and giveaways. Players will have several opportunities to take home their score, including raids on the PAYDAY 2 VAULT‘s “cash grab machine” and “safety deposit boxes” for the chance to secure various prizes, such as PAYDAY 2 swag, Logitech Kits and Nvidia Titan graphics cards. Top daily “cash grab” scorers will compete in a grand prize finale on the last day of the show to determine E3’s most legendary criminal.
The award-winning PAYDAY 2 casts gamers as a member of the infamous PAYDAY crew as they work their way through the biggest, most elaborate heists of their careers using the all-new Crime.net system, overseen by the mysterious Bain.
PAYDAY 2 will be located in the West Hall entrance consumer area during E3 show hours. Attendees are encouraged to drop by, get hands-on with the game’s largest heist to date and take their chances at the biggest “score” of E3!
