CastleMiner Z Heads To Steam With This Zombie Blasting Trailer

CastleMiner Z was recently Greenlit on Steam which means the PC version of this Xbox 360 indie title should be making it’s way on over to Steam proper sometime in the near future. Until then you can check out the trailer below for a bunch of shoot-tastic footage of zombies getting blasted to bits in a cube-like world.

If you ask yourself “did I remember to take a pickaxe or a shotgun” all the time, well CastleMiner Z says don’t worry, you can carry both. You can dig with your friends, carve out little caves, find sweet underground lava pits or just terraform because it’s fun. However when you find danger, and you will find danger, you’ll be glad you packed your shotgun, uzi, ak47 and more because these beasts don’t let up so easy. CastleMiner Z Greenlit

This just in!  DigitalDNA Games, creators of the bestselling indie title CastleMiner Z has been picked up for the Oct. 16^th batch of Greenlit games on Steam.   “We have worked so hard to make this happen, and it feels really good that our fans really got to use their voice to help get us on this system”, says Tom Steinke, creator of CastleMiner Z.  “We really owe all of our success to our fans, we couldn’t do it without them.”

This new channel will allow more users than ever to play.  While CastleMiner Z is already on Xbox Live and is also downloadable on the company’s website: www.digitaldnagames.com, this opens a whole new market to fans who already play on the Steam system.

CastleMiner Z is a zombie survival game, in a block based environment.  Play with others as you fight off zombies and build to create structures and protection against the horde.
