The sound of metal crashing at 60 mph into more metal, the smell of gasoline, hot dogs, popcorn, some crazy ass announcer, nothing beats a demolition derby and now you can get most of those things out of the GRID 2 Demolition Derby DLC. Best of all you’ll get most of this action for free, however you’ll need to bring your own hotdogs and popcorn.
The download also brings with it the Jupiter Eagle Ray Mk 5 for use on the track and what Demolition Derby would be complete without a new stadium fittingly titled the Detroit Demolition Derby Stadium which even has a death defying cross over jump for all you daredevils out there. Looks like this one is already out for PC and we expect the update to drop for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 soon though no hard date was given so you’ll need to be on the lookout if you want it for either of those systems.
