Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Nintendo 3DS/Wii U) Gaining Cross-Region Online Play And Second Screen Ability

Nintendo and Capcom are pushing Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate hard and that’s a good thing for gamer’s as these two companies are packing more great stuff into what’s sure to be an awesome game. When the game launches on March 19th 2013 in the US and March 22nd 2013 in Europe these features will not be on disc. However Capcom is pushing for both the Second Screen ability and the Cross-Region Online play to arrive come April 2013. That means not only will you be able to play Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate where ever you are in your home with your Wii U GamePad but you’ll be able to team up and join four player battles with anyone, anywhere in the world! These aren’t the only things Capcom is looking to do as they are commited to releasing more downloadable quests free of charge to players after release. It’s a great thing when companies are finally forward looking to freely support a big game without just pushing paid DLC or season passes. So remember, mark your calendars, March 19th 2013 for NA and March 22nd 2013 for EU Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is dropping, be there!
