Sugar Cube: Bittersweet Factory Lands Deliciously On Steam

Turtle Cream’s candy coated Sugar Cube: Bittersweet Factory has made it’s way to Valve’s Steam service and luck for you it’s 30% off in price making it only $4.89 until November 14th 2012 at which point it’s back to the regular price of $6.99. You’ll play as a sugar cube that has escaped becoming a cookie and must defy bakery at ever 2D path with 90 levels and 2 endings giving you more sugar than a box of Oreo’s. The key here is that unlike other platformer’s there’s two sides to every level and like a sugary Vanna White on the snack food version of Wheel of Fortune your movement spins tiles that reveal pieces of the other side of the level. Now take a minute to head down past the jump and watch the video. Remember to wear your helmet when you realize just how explosive to your brain this gameplay is as the tiles spin and a spike deathtrap appears out of nowhere.
