Ahhh THE LIBYANS! It’s going to take a lot of work but if you follow the directions and with a little luck you’re going to go Back In Time in no time. Seedyrom34 over on YouTube has painstakingly went through and put together the best mods for Grand Theft Auto 4 to make the most complete Back To The Future experience ever. First there’s a custom Marty McFly skin complete with life preserver, lol, the Delorean DMC-12 Time Machine custom car, and finally the Time Travel Mod with some plutonium and 1.21 gigawatts of electricity is what makes time travel in Grand Theft Auto 4 possible. There is a host of other mods needed to complete this project and it is probably not for everyone but damn if it isn’t cool so check out the video below it’s heavy.
