The third game in the Penny Arcade series On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness is heading to PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices. This 16-bit graphical powerhouse of an RPG will have you walking around in familiar straight lines and 90 degree turns along with doing battle like civil war soldiers by lining up on either side of an imaginary line and firing away until someone drops dead. And guess what, we love them for that!
