The team behind Darksiders 2 had a big challenge with this sequel, the game takes place parallel to the first game yet needs to stand on its own. So the game abides but a whole new set of rules where the team was free to create a new story in this universe which turned out to be harder than it sounds. Looking at the footage on display below the team did a great job making the game feel like it is contained in the same world. The original Darksiders surprised us with its fun gameplay and interesting story that kept us blasting forward until the very end. We can’t wait to get our hands on Darksiders 2 and continue that journey.
