The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot Gameplay Trailer Looks Loot-tastic!

The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot Logo

The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot by UBISoft is looking like it’s going to hit that sweet spot for my brand of humor and click-fest gameplay. That’s bad for me and good for UBISoft since The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot is free to play, I know, painful isn’t it?

However if they pull this off just right I might only need to sink $30 into this and keep playing forever, or atleast until the next new shiny object comes along. What does The Might Quest for Epic Loot bring to you good sir? It has castle decorating, avatar painting, trap laying, arrow showers, eagle ghosts, hostile hamster wheels of death, more back flips than the in the entirety of the 2013 Olympics, an army of chickens with M1 helmets for that authentic feel, trap jaw floor, spinning fire death lazy susans and the shiniest loot imaginable! Check out the gameplay past the jump and if it tickles your fancy like ti does mine head on over to http://www.themightyquest.com and register for the closed alpha today!

Loadout (PC) Up For Early Access On Steam, Does It Get Billions Of Guns Right?

Loadout (PC) Up For Early Access On Steam, Does It Get Billions Of Guns Right?

Loadout is a free to play game up for early access on Steam. Why would you pay for free for loot, spacebux, xp and early access of course. Here’s what has me itching to send some dollars to Loadout developer Edge of Reality, they might have out done Borderlands billions of guns idea. Sacrilege, I know but hear me out.

So in Borderlands you got guns but you only got what was given to you or dropped by enemies however I always wondered why Marcus couldn’t make you a new gun out of parts from a pile of crappy guns. Loadout lets you customize all the parts of your gun, stock, chassis, barrel, bullets, etc. Adding up all the crazy combos looks like it could yield combos that are just as insane as the ones found in the land of borders only this time you’re in control to make the gun feel just how you want.

So yes this third person shooter might not have the land of Pandora or the story of the vault hunters but Loadout has the crazy customization gun hook and over the top gore I’ve been looking for. To get in the closed beta right now you can throw out $19.99 for the Pain Bringer Pack, $39.99 for the Absolute Badass Pack or big baller’s can throw in $89.99 for the Founder’s Pack each with increasingly more digital goodies. Head past the jump to see Loadout in action and check out the press release if you’re curious on the nitty gritty of digital loot you’ll receive should you pony up some funds.

Star Trek Online (PC) Legacy Pack Does Not Include Romulan Ramen

That’s right, pre-ordering the Legacy of Romulus Legacy Pack for Star Trek Online will not allow you to have the space delight that is Romulan Ramen, so sad, I know. You however might have to stock up on Ramen because the Legacy Pack is a whopping $124.99, yeesh so much for free to play.

If you would rather have just a taste of some Romulan action during then you can pre-order the starter pack for a much more reasonable $19.99. The war heats up in Star Trek Online when the free Legacy of Romulus addition drops on May 21st 2013. Head past the jump to see some of the items in the Legacy Pack in action and check out the screenshots as well. Something tells me The Third Street Saints would feel at home in Romulan Uniforms, but maybe that’s just me.

Infinite Crisis Open Beta May 8th, Meanwhile Check Out Gaslight Catwoman

Infinite Crisis Open Beta May 8th, Meanwhile Check Out Gaslight Catwoman

Infinite Crisis which brings some of your favorite characters from the DC Multiverse together is having itself a good ol’ fashioned open beta come May 8th 2013. Unlike Marvel Heroes MMO, Infinite Crisis is going to be a massive online battle arena (MOBA). A genre made popular by Warcraft III mod Defense of the Ancients, (DOTA). Now we have MOBA type games everywhere, DOTA2, League of Legends, SMITE, Super Monday Night Combat, one of my favorites Awesomenauts and many more.

So what will Infinite Crisis bring you besides DC Universe superheroes, why should you play yet another MOBA? Becuase this is the DC Multiverse, so all your favorite supes are twisted and turned into crazy alternate universe versions of themselves. A smorgasbord of bizzaro universe what ifs super hero fights. There’s 52 worlds of heroes for developer Turbine to mine, they shouldn’t run out of content for a very long time.

Check out this video below for Gaslight Catwoman a Steampunk variant of everyone’s feline favorite. I mean just look at those claws! She also has x-ray vision and can be beefed up which in addition to her natural speed lets her do some serious damage on the battleground. So head on over to http://www.infinitecrisis.com and sign up for the Infinite Crisis beta today to see just how crazy this can get.
