LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Coming To You Brick By Brick Autumn 2013

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Coming To You Brick By Brick Autumn 2013

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is Telltale Games doing what they do best, slathering every console they can in LEGO goodness. I’m surprised they still aren’t releasing games for the PlayStation 2 at this point.

All we know about the title at this point is Nick Fury tasks Iron Man, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Deadpool and more with saving the world, galaxy I think would be more appropriate, from Galactus and Loki. Also it’s nice to see Deadpool making a nice name for himself in Video Games finally.

There’s plans for over 100 characters from the Marvel Universe so you know there’s going to be tons of collectibles strewn all over the place so you better have your backtracking skills on turbo. The game is set to drop for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Wii U, PS Vita, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS come Autumn 2013. No word on if this LEGO outing will come to Next Gen consoles but at some point I want a LEGO game on ten consoles, just because I like the number ten.

Sharkoon X-Tatic AIR And Pro Want To Kick Brand New Flavor In Your Ear

Like the great Craig Mack, Sharkoon wants to kick some brand new flavor in your ear and has released both the Sharkoon X-Tatic AIR and X-Tatic Pro headsets to fill your ear spaces with those wonderful video game sounds we all love. So why release two headsets, well they both serve different needs, first up the X-Tatic AIR which like the name implies is wireless and works with your Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PC and anything with RCA outs. The 40mm drivers inside the stereo headset should provide a nice range of gaming action and the noise canceling, detachable microphone should help cut down on everyone hearing your noisy fan that makes you sound like your’re playing Battlefield 3 inside a that damn wind tunnel from the Mo Money, Mo Problems video. The other Sharkoon headset that’s being released is the X-Tatic Pro which gives you four tiny speakers in each side. So when you strap on these ear goggles you’re putting a mini surround sound system on your head. Unlike the Sharkoon X-Tatic AIR the Pro has an optical connection in it’s control unit which delivers sweet Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound to put you in the middle of your own personal symphony of destruction. If your game of choice isn’t pumping out Dolby Digital 5.1 you can always get simulated 5.1 from the control unit via its Dolby Pro Logic II mode or just kick it old school in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo. There’s a range of connection on the control unit too, a 3.5mm input, 3×3.5mm surround outputs, a second X-Tatic Pro headphone connector for a friend, USB chat connection for the PlayStation 3, a coax input, a TOSLink (optical) input and thankfully TOSLink (optical) output. That optical output means the headphones don’t need to hog up the surround sound goodness of your game system so you can leave your surround sound stereo also plugged in. So if you’re in need of a new pair of headphones give the Sharkoon X-Tatic AIR and X-Tatic Pro a look. Their both up for pre-order on Amazon Sharkoon X-Tatic AIR for $139.99 and the Sharkoon X-Tatic Pro for $179.99 at the time of this writing.

Don’t Quit On These I Quit Match WWE ’13 Screenshots

WWE 13 Logo

WWE 13 is letting you recreate one of the most brutal matches ever shown on a WWE Pay-Per-View with the inclusion of the “I Quit Match”. At the Royal Rumble in 1999 The Rock and Mick Foley “Mankind” put on an insane show and it’s a wonder Mick Foley can write books at all after you watch it. If people ever tell you no one gets hurt, just show them this match and have them wince as they count the 11 nasty chair shots. Onto the game, even if we don’t have the classic scratch logo we still get to see these two legends of the ring do it up and be in control of all the action this time around. Since there’s no video, no word on if you can power up your “super cheat meter”, knock the guy out cold and play a prerecorded message of him saying “I Quit” so you can win the match dirty style. It’s also nice to see your character will be sitting on their giant throne should you win the Royal Rumble. Head down after the jump for the four new images to hold you over until November.
